Dance mask – Wood – Baule – Ivory Coast

Old dance mask, from the BAULE people of Ivory Coast.
This superb mask is carved in one piece of wood.
The item present a very fine shape, with scarification’s on the face, and a superb hairstyle.
Great  painted patina in good condition with a nice aged patina and traces of wear and tear.
