Beautiful Songye pipe figure. Stylistic wooden ancestor figure of the SONGYE tribe from D.R. Congo Good condition with a beautiful aged patina. The figure has a wonderful aged patina and is decorated with copper strips. The pipe is functional. Provenance: Manfred Schäfer collection, ex- gallery owner from Ulm, Germany.
