Beautiful sitting ancestor figure from the Chokwe tribe of DR Congo. The wooden figure has a stylistic appearance and sitting with his hands on his abdomen.
Good condition with a wonderful patina of age with traces of wear and tear. The figure is sitting on a typical chokwe wooden stool.
